| What are you using? I've been using pills for 5 years now, about 3 times a week. 2 years ago I managed not to take any for about half a year, then I lost my job and started again. |

| I have to take sleeping pills every single night. Because of my anxiety I cant sleep without them. Is this a problem? Any suggestions? |
